The pictures shows all the participants of the Team Management Training course (TMT) organised by MSF which took place in Kampala (Uganda) from June 15 to 19.
Participants were representing all human resources pools - medical doctors, nurses, logistians, administrators, there were also national and international staff: all the participants manage teams. All the participants were coming from different countries where MSF has projects: Sudan, Somalia, Kenya, DRC, Uganda.
